The Rolling Stones Format: Audio Cassette. out of 5 stars ratings. We then have the bluesy "Black Limousine" which was worked on during the Emotional Rescue sessions and is a great bluesy rocker. We close side 1 with the rocker "Neighbours" which was written and recorded in /81 with Sonny Rollins again on sax and was a rock /5().

Shattered is also good. I know that a lot of the songs on Tattoo You missed the cut for Some Girls, so the albums’ tones are somewhat similar. I don’t think I could put Tattoo You in the same tier as the Big 4, but it could be a top 5/6 album when it is normally in the range.

The album starts off with one of the most recognisable songs by The Rolling Stones and one of their most successful hits - Start Me Up. There is a sleazy heavy sound in this song that makes it perhaps the ultimate rocker by the Stones. All the songs on the A-side are really tight.

    - Tattoo you () / Vinyl record [Vinyl-LP] This was a not a "new" album from The Rolling Stones in that it was a collection of rejected songs that had been recorded for possible use on earlier albums, dating as far back as From the "Some Girls" sessions comes the wonderful blues boogie of "Black Limousine". Another high point/5().
